Tried it the engine whent in but the forward n reverse wont fit shaft is smaller had to swap rear axle too as the chain was out of line too lol all working now though well think the valves need doing as its a little slug ish the bloke said engine was a 250 i dont think so though as head isnt that much bigger

Definitely not a 250. The 250 hurricane is a vertical geared engine. Only ever seen 250 horizontal engine in bigger Japanese branded scooters. Good you got it there with some bodging though

Found out that it is a 148cm also i fitted the kick start out of my other engine on it too done valves on it but still disappointed by lack of speed i had a 110cc that was faster than this

Nature of the game. One of the 110s we had you couldn't keep the front wheels down for love nor money it was hilarious fun (factor in it was tiny and I'm 6ft3 so had to ride it with my legs over the handle bars) was a 4 stroke Loncin engine. The lifan version of the same engine was really weak.

I had the lifan one n mine was rappid but same problem too small for me im having problems with this 150cc took it out the other day n i cut out on way back changed the stator behind fly wheel and it started sparking again but took it out today got around the corner n back and it cut out and no spark again any ideas why its doing this
