Fuel leaking

I have just noticed fuel under the quad from carb drain pipe. So taken carb off cleaned it all out and float is all free moving up and down fine. Put it back together but still leaking. Any ideas what mite be problem?

Carb overfilling, reduce the float heigh 1 or 2mm. That and a worn block screw

Float is fixed in place with a pin should I just try bending the plastic floats down abit?

On my 500 it was a bit of dirt behind the block screw and it wouldn’t seat

Local motorbike shop stripped and cleaned it all carb and it don't leak for about 6 hour then just starts dripping for about 20min then stops. They can't work out why it's doing it. So think be easier trying to find another carb

Really shouldn't need to. Usually it's an overfuelling or worn drain screw. Fact that it was OK then did it says to me its overfilling the float bowl ever so slightly. So a tiny adjustment on float should do it

I am going to have a look again tonight see if I can work it out. I have a spare bowl so will change the drain screw aswell tonight
